Terms and Conditions

All bookings must be paid in full at the time of scheduling through the designated booking system, unless prearranged via email.

Sessions are only confirmed once payment has been received.

All services take place strictly within the booked time slots, unless prearranged via email.

Clients may reschedule their sessions at least 24 hours in advance via the booking system.

No refunds will be provided for any booked sessions, including missed or unused appointments.

If a live session ends early and more than 30 minutes remain, the unused time can be applied toward a future content review service.

This applies to all live coaching sessions.

Client data is securely stored on Google Drive until graduation, after which it is permanently deleted.

All shared resources (e.g., templates, guides) are strictly for personal use and may not be distributed or shared with others.

Clients may record sessions for personal use but may not distribute or publish recordings without explicit permission.

Any concerns or disputes should be addressed via email for resolution.

The goal is to resolve all issues amicably and fairly.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will apply to both new and existing bookings.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
